Reinforcing our commitment to business as a force for good

August 27, 2025 - VP Capital is proud to announce that we have successfully renewed our B Corp certification. Since our initial certification in 2022, we have worked hard to make steps forward on our journey to embed impact into everything we do, using the B Corp Impact Assessment as a supporting tool. We are very happy to see our progress reflected in a huge improvement of our B Corp score, a leap from 98.6 points to 160.2 points.

But of course, B Corp is more than a score. It reflects a commitment to continuous improvement. A belief that business should serve people and planet, and future generations.  And above all, it helps us to stay accountable. It serves as our compass to use capital as a force for good, together.

What B Corp stands for

Certified B Corporations – or B Corps – meet high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. The certification, awarded by B Lab, a global non-profit network, evaluates a company’s entire social and environmental impact – from governance and workers’ rights to community engagement and climate action. Every three years, B Corps must re-certify, with standards becoming progressively more rigorous to encourage continuous improvement.

B Corp is more than a badge – it’s our guiding compass. It ensures that we remain accountable not only for financial returns but also for the value we create for people and the planet, with our progress measured against credible, external standards.
