Vision

Philanthropy is an important factor for VP Capital in the progress towards a more sustainable, socially equal society.

Every year we donate to foundations that we have established ourselves: Annetje van Puijenbroek Stichting (doing charity work locally), Emilie van Heel Fund for Lung Transplantation (medication for lung transplant patients), SLO Goirle (projects on "never needing charity again" together with WE foundation). In addition, there are initiatives that we support ad hoc. The themes that the family gives priority to are climate, animal welfare, refugees and child poverty.

Ambition

We also consider donations as a learning tool for responsibility and choice making for our next generation. All children of the 6th van Puijenbroek generation may divide a certain budget among a large number of pre-selected charities themselves. In addition, it is our ambition to make our donation policy increasingly effective, which is why we are working on a new policy that looks at donation possibilities in all investment areas in which we are active
