Naturally, all new investments VP Capital considers have to be in line with our sustainable vision and strategy. In addition, we also use very specific and economic investment criteria, of which we indicate the most important here.

  • Maximum leverage ratio 2.5 x EBITDA
  • Significant minority interest
  • Combination of organic growth and metered buy and build
  • Profitable with predictable cash flow
  • Committed management

Ventures / Start-ups

  • Proven product / service / technology
  • Positive EBITDA within a maximum of three years
  • Clearly differentiated solution(s)
  • Defensible competitive advantage and / or an intellectual property portfolio
  • Proven traction with customers
  • Asset light
